WeightBotインストールとSuper40計画。

あと約7ヶ月で40になるわけですが、それまでに何とかしたいこと、それは日ごろの
オフィスワークがたたって軟弱になってきたこの体に喝を入れることです。
高校・大学の体育会現役時代は毎日のように練習して、ウエートもあげていました
が、今となってはほとんど運動しないにもかかわらず、体重は当時より増えていま
す。そして、腕は一まわり細くなり、ウエストは二まわり太くなりました。。。
ということで、勝手に自称「Super40計画」として、体を鍛えなおそうかと思いま
す。
健康な精神は、健康な肉体に宿る。まずハードありき、というわけで。
といっても、ゆっくりはじめないとヤバそうです。
先日、大学の少林寺拳法部35周年記念で天地拳第一をやっただけで、なんだか筋肉
痛！？シンジラレナイ。。。
まず、なにはともあれ体重測定。iPhoneアプリのWeightBotをインストールしてみま
した。インターフェースがきれいで、評判良いみたいですね。
